Fulfillment Policy
At Plixail, we strive to provide high-quality web design services that meet and exceed our clients' expectations. To ensure transparency and mutual understanding, the following outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and project timelines.
1. Project Timeline and Delivery
- Upon agreement, we will provide an estimated timeline for the completion of the web design project. Any changes to the timeline due to additional client requests, delays in receiving required materials, or other unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
- Delivery of the final product is contingent on the timely provision of feedback and necessary materials (e.g., content, images, etc.) by the client.
Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% of the total is required before the commencement of any project. This deposit confirms your commitment to the project and secures your spot in our workflow.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project or as otherwise agreed upon in the service contract.
- Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Before Project Start: If a project is canceled before any work begins, a full refund of the deposit may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees, if applicable.
- During the Project: If the project is canceled after work has started, no refund of the initial 50% down payment will be issued.
- After Project Completion: Once a project is completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued. The project is considered final upon approval.
4. Refunds
- Non-Refundable Services: Certain services, such as custom coding, third-party software integration, or premium design elements, may be non-refundable once purchased or initiated.
5. Revisions and Scope Changes
- All projects come with 3 rounds of revisions as part of the initial fee. Additional revisions or changes to the project scope will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
- If you request significant changes that alter the scope of the project, we will provide a new estimate for the additional work required.
6. Termination by Plixail
We reserve the right to terminate any project due to breach of contract, failure to provide required materials or feedback in a timely manner, or other justifiable reasons. In such cases, we will provide written notice, and refunds will be handled on a prorated basis based on work completed.
7. Force Majeure
Plixail will not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical issues, or other unforeseen events.
