When a project is agreed, we provide an estimated timeline in writing. Changes caused by additional requests, delays in receiving content or materials, or other unforeseen circumstances are communicated promptly.
Delivery depends on the timely provision of feedback and materials (content, images, access) by the client.
A deposit of 50% of the project total is required before work begins. It confirms your commitment and reserves your place in our schedule.
The remaining balance is due on completion of the project, or as agreed in the service contract.
Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional fees. All amounts are in US dollars.
Before the project starts: the deposit may be refunded, minus any administrative or consultation fees, if applicable.
During the project: if a project is canceled after work has started, the 50% deposit is not refunded.
After completion: once a project is completed and approved by the client, no refunds are issued.
Some services, such as custom development, third-party software and subscriptions, or premium design assets, may be non-refundable once purchased or started.
Website projects include 3 rounds of revisions in the initial fee. Additional revisions or scope changes are billed at our standard hourly rate.
If you request changes that alter the scope of the project, we will provide a new written estimate before doing the additional work.
We may terminate a project for breach of contract, failure to provide materials or feedback in a timely manner, or other justified reasons. In that case we will give written notice, and refunds will be prorated based on work completed.
Plixail is not liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages of third-party services or other unforeseen events.
