n8n and workflow
automation that runs itself

Plixail is an n8n automation agency for US small and mid-size businesses. We map the repetitive work between your apps, build it in n8n, Make or Zapier, and hand over documented workflows in your own accounts. Our team works from Mexico, on your hours.

Stop copying data by hand

Every hour someone spends moving a lead from a form into a CRM, or an order from an email into a spreadsheet, is an hour a workflow can take over, with no typos and no forgotten steps.

What we connect

Most businesses already own the right apps. The work is making them talk to each other.

Website forms, landing pages and lead ads flow straight into HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive or Airtable, with duplicates merged.

New leads get assigned, notified by email or SMS and followed up on a schedule until someone answers.

Attachments and PDFs from your inbox are read, filed and turned into records in your accounting or ops tools.

Bookings sync to calendars, with confirmations, reminders and no-show follow-ups sent automatically.

Shopify and Stripe orders update inventory sheets, trigger fulfillment and send review requests.

Emails classified, calls summarized and data extracted by AI, with a person approving anything sensitive.

FAQs

Questions, answered

Zapier is the simplest and has the most app connections, but it gets expensive as volume grows because it charges per task. Make is cheaper per operation and handles more complex logic. n8n is the most flexible, handles high volume, supports custom code and can run on your own server. We recommend one based on your volume, budget and how complex the work is, and we tell you the monthly running cost before we build.

Yes. n8n can be self-hosted on a server you own, which keeps your data in your infrastructure and turns per-run fees into a flat server cost. It also runs on n8n Cloud if you would rather not manage a server.

Tool subscriptions are billed to you directly by the provider, at their price, with no markup: Zapier per task, Make per operation, n8n Cloud per execution, or a flat server cost for self-hosted n8n. AI steps add model usage, usually cents per run. Your written quote includes an estimate.

Every workflow logs its runs and sends an alert when a step fails, so problems surface the same day instead of weeks later. We fix anything that breaks because of our build, and an optional monthly plan covers changes when your apps update.

Yes. We audit what you have, fix what is fragile and, when it saves money, move high-volume Zapier or Make workflows to n8n.

Every project is quoted in writing, in US dollars, before any work starts. A single focused workflow costs far less than a full operations overhaul, so we usually start with the one that saves the most hours.
