No. We connect the tools you already pay for, like Gmail or Outlook, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Pipedrive, Airtable, Google Sheets, Calendly, Stripe or Shopify. When a tool has no direct connector, we use its API.
n8n, Make and Zapier for workflows, and OpenAI, Anthropic Claude or Google Gemini models for the AI steps. We pick the stack by your budget and volume, not by habit, and we tell you what each piece costs to run.
We design for it. Anything sensitive, like a refund, a quote or a medical or legal question, is routed to a person. Every run is logged, and if a step fails you get an alert instead of a silent gap.
Workflows run on accounts in your name, using the business terms of each provider. We never resell or reuse your data, and we can keep sensitive information out of the AI steps entirely when the task allows it.
Every project is quoted in writing, in US dollars, before any work starts. Software subscriptions, like n8n or an AI model, are billed to you directly at their cost, with no markup.
